Abstract
This study identified a previously unknown role of mechanical force in maintaining apoptotic homeostasis and eliminating senescent cells. Systemic infusion of mesenchymal stem cell-derived apoVs can effectively rescue apoptotic resistance and eliminate senescent cells in mechanical unloading mice.
