Abstract

In their recent article, Sacitharan et al. 1 showed that spermidine restores dysregulated autophagy(definition) in chondrocytes and explored the underlying mechanisms, focusing on the role of EP300. We read the article with much interest since it matches our current research interests, in keeping with our multiple contributions at the International FEBS and OARSI Research Congresses since 2015.
