Abstract

This randomized controlled study examined the effects of reminiscence therapy on psychological well-being and mindfulness among community-dwelling older adults. A total of 90 participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group or a control group. The experimental group received a structured reminiscence therapy program, while the control group received no study intervention. Participants completed baseline assessments before the intervention and post-test assessments immediately after completion of the intervention. The study included 45 participants in the experimental group and 45 participants in the control group.
