Transcriptomic aging during severe infection: reproducibility code
Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) · 2026
Abstract
Reproducibility code for the manuscript "Immune-cell redistribution explains transcriptomic aging signatures during severe infection." This release contains the analysis workflow for transcriptomic-age estimation with RNAAgeCalc, quanTIseq immune-cell deconvolution through immunedeconv, regression modeling, gene-level analysis with limma, and Hallmark pathway enrichment with fgsea. Public datasets: GSE152641 and GSE196399.
